An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Class 1 and Class 2 Members of the Association was held on Tuesday, 31 January 2023 via video conference and the following SPECIAL RESOLUTION was passed:

SPECIAL RESOLUTION

THAT alterations to certain Rules of Class 1 and Class 2 be made to take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2023.

Further particulars of the Resolutions are set out in the Association's Notice to Members No.17 2022/2023 of December 2022.
