Ukraine - Further Update

According to the latest information from local correspondents Dias Marine Consulting, the situation in Ukraine is broadly unchanged.

All Ukrainian ports, both large and small, are reported to be operating normally. Seafarers are cautioned against going ashore in Kherson where the political climate appears to be less stable, and to avoid large crowds, public meetings and demonstrations in ports elsewhere.

Road, rail and air links are said to be unaffected at the present time and Dias states that it is still possible to effect crew changes in Ukraine if necessary.
