Revised NYPE Charterparty

A newly revised NYPE time charterparty has been produced by BIMCO together with the Association of Ship Brokers and Agents (ASBA) and the Singapore Maritime Foundation (SMF) after much industry consultation. A senior manager from the Club was the P&I representative on the drafting committee. The revised charterparty is now available from BIMCO’s website and a link to the BIMCO, ASBA and SMF.
