West’s market leading Charterers Comprehensive Cover to strengthen by establishing a dedicated team led by Suumit Madhu
West’s Charterers Comprehensive Cover offers an extensive, tailor-made liability insurance product for Charterers and Traders.
This product has continually been adapted and improved over the years to meet the requirements of West’s Members offering flexible, extensive and often bespoke cover, whilst at the same time providing the high-level service for which the West is renowned.
To strengthen the current business West have set up a dedicated Charterers and Traders team, led by Senior Underwriter Suumit Madhu, supported by Underwriter Nicola Goff, Claims Managers Christina Anderson and Chris Ward, and Head of Claims (Europe) Paul Kaye.
The team will build on existing knowledge and experience in order to offer fast and effective ‘best in class’ risk management solutions, combining input from underwriting, loss prevention, claims management, along with Member training and contract review to accommodate all Members’ needs.
