Enhancements to Crew Change for Cargo Ships in the Port of Singapore

The MPA has issued a circular which details enhancements to crew changes in Singapore.

As part of this initiative the MPA has established a Crew Facilitation Centre to allow for more crew changes to take place while ensuring safety.
