Dear sirs,

An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Class 1 and Class 2 Members of the Association was held on Tuesday, 12 January 2021 via video conference and the following SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS were passed:

SPECIAL RESOLUTION ONE

THAT alterations to certain Rules of Class 1 be made to take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2021.

SPECIAL RESOLUTION TWO

THAT alterations to the Corporate Governance Charter be adopted with immediate effect.

Further particulars of the Resolutions are set out in the Association's Notice to Members No. 17 2020/2021 of December 2020.
