USA - Vessel General Permit One Time Report

Members trading vessels to the United States will be aware that the Vessel General Permit (VGP) regulations require them to submit a “one time report” to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for each of their vessels between 30 to 36 months after obtaining permit coverage.

Although it has been possible to submit the one time report in hard copy, the EPA strongly recommends the use of its online reporting system. However, the system has been experiencing problems and has only become fully operational very recently.

As the electronic reporting system is now working, Members with vessels trading to the United States who have not done so already are urged to submit their one time reports via the One Time Report Electronic System within the required timeframe.
