Mental Wellbeing
At West, by prioritising mental wellbeing, we aim to cultivate a positive and resilient environment where every crew member can thrive, both on and off the water. Our support includes access to mental health resources and guides, counselling services with a trauma-informed approach to crew wellbeing in marine causalities, and more. Additionally, through our partnership with the Sailor's Society's "Wellness at Sea" programme, we offer seafarer training, support groups, and a 24/7 confidential helpline.
