Adrian is a former Merchant Navy Officer with 10 years’ experience predominantly for Maersk on their gas/product tanker and container fleets as well as an extensive period offshore on AHTSV's Subsequently obtaining a BSc(Hons) in Maritime and Intermodal Transport and LLM in Maritime Law. 

He has worked for two P&I Clubs for twenty years, handling P&I, FD&D and marine claims. He joined the Club in July 2020 and is the Deputy Head of Claims for the European Team and is Mentor to Club students undertaking the IG PIQ. 

He represents West on several committees with the UK Chamber of Shipping as well as a Trustee for the Merchant Navy Welfare Board.
