Rachel started her career in accounting and finance, and joined the Club’s claims team in London in 2008 advising on all aspects of P&I claims. In 2015 Rachel successfully completed the International Group P&I qualification accredited by the Chartered Insurance Institute and moved to the Club’s Hong Kong office as claims manager providing service and advice for our members in Asia.
