After graduating with a Shipping Technology and Management degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Kathleen worked with a major container operator in Hong Kong for ten years specialising in insurance and claims. She is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of London. In 2008, Kathleen joined West Hong Kong's Claims Department providing claims services and advice to members in the Asia Pacific region.
