Elaine joined the Hong Kong office’s Claims Dept in 1993 after a varied career spanning general insurance, shipping, freight forwarding and recoveries. She holds an LLB in Law from the University of Nottingham Trent and now occupies a senior role managing P&I matters for many Chinese members, specialising in containerised cargo claims.
