Dear Sirs,

An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Class 1 Members of the Association was held on Wednesday, 3 February 2016 in the Hotel le Bristol, 112 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore, Paris, France and the following SPECIAL RESOLUTION was passed:

SPECIAL RESOLUTION

THAT alterations to certain Rules of Class 1 be made to take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2016.

Further particulars of the Resolution are set out in the Association’s Notice to Members No. 18 2015/2016 of January 2016.
