Dear Sirs,

An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Class 1 Members of the Association was held on Wednesday, 5 February 2013 in the Hotel Le Bristol, 112 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore, Paris, France and the following SPECIAL RESOLUTION was passed:

SPECIAL RESOLUTION

THAT alterations to certain Rules of Class 1 be made to take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2014.
