WEST OF ENGLAND INSURANCE SERVICES (LUXEMBOURG) S.A. – APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS

I am pleased to announce that with effect from 15 June 2005 Patrick Kirkman and Tony Paulson have been appointed as Directors based in London of West of England Insurance Services (Luxembourg) S.A. with responsibilities for claims.

These appointments follow on from the retirement last December of Michael Stevenson and the impending retirement at the end of June of Chris Havers. Michael continues to work for the Club as a Consultant and Chris has also agreed to act as a Consultant on a part-time basis.
