An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Class 1 and Class 2 Members of the Association was held on Tuesday, 18 January 2022 via video conference and the following SPECIAL RESOLUTION was passed:

SPECIAL RESOLUTION

THAT alterations to certain Rules of Class 1 be made to take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2022.

Further particulars of the Resolutions are set out in the Association's Notice to Members No.12 2021/2022 of December 2021.
