NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of The West of England Ship Owners Mutual Insurance Association (Luxembourg) will be held at the headquarters of the Association, 31 Grand Rue, L-1661 Luxembourg, on 12 June 2020 at 09.00 hours for the following purpose:
- To approve the Report of the Directors and the Consolidated Accounts for the year ended 20 February 2020 and to grant discharge to the Directors and Auditor for the year under review.
- To elect Directors and Advisory Committee members.
- To re-appoint Deloitte Audit Société à Responsabilité Limitée as Auditor of the Association and to fix their remuneration.
- To transact any other ordinary business of the Association.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and travel restrictions, there will be no physical meeting this year. Members may send by email a Proxy Voting form (below) nominating the Chairman, the Vice Chairman or the Chairman of the Group Audit & Risk Committee, and addressed to the General Manager at Thierry.Brevet@westpandi.com before Friday 5 June 2020 close of business in Luxembourg.
