We confirm that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of all Classes of the Association was duly held on Wednesday, 6 February 2002, as follows:

Alterations to the Association’s Constitution

The Resolution to adopt the proposed alterations to the Constitution, as set out in the Notice to Members No. 14 dated 9 January 2002, was passed unanimously.

The alterations will take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2002.
