Extraordinary General Meetings held on 8 December 1999

We confirm that the Extraordinary General Meetings were duly held on Wednesday, 8 December 1999, pursuant to the respective Notices to Members:

     

  1. Members of Class I: Alterations to the Association’s Class I Rules

The Resolution to adopt the proposed alterations to the Class I Rules, as set out in the Notice to Class I Members No. 9 dated 12 November 1999, was passed unanimously.

These alterations will take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2000.

  • Members of Class II: Alterations to the Association’s Class II Rules

    The Resolution to adopt the proposed alterations to the Class II Rules, as set out in the Notice to Class II Members No. 10 dated 12 November 1999, was passed unanimously.

    The alterations will take effect from noon GMT on 20 February 2000.
