China - New Ship Routing and Ship Reporting Measures in Xiamen

Huatai Insurance Agency and Consultancy Service Ltd., Xiamen has advised the Club that new ship routing and ship reporting measures at Xiamen port have been introduced by the Chinese Maritime Safety Administration (MSA).

Effective from 1 July 2015, further details on the new deep water route, precautionary areas, and the applicable regulatory and ship reporting requirements can be found in the following circular: China MSA Announces Ship Routing System and Ship Reporting System at Xiamen Port.
