Iran Sanctions - COSCO Shipping Tanker (Dalian) Co. removed from SDN list

Further to our News Item of 21 November 2019, OFAC have announced that COSCO Shipping Tanker (Dalian) Co. has been removed from the U.S. SDN list as of 31 January 2020. Members may therefore now engage in trades with them.

However, COSCO Shipping Tanker (Dalian) Seaman and Ship Management Co. Ltd. remains on the SDN list and Members should continue to avoid any trades which involve this entity.

Any Member with enquiries about this and any other sanctions matter should contact the Managers.
