A qualified US attorney, Kevin has significant claims experience across all P&I risks, with a focus on bodily injury and cargo losses. Kevin graduated SUNY Maritime College with a degree in Marine Transportation and is a USCG licensed Third Mate of Unlimited Tonnage. He joined West from another leading IG P&I Club as a Senior Claims Executive and, prior to that, stints in private practice at a New York maritime law firm and vessel operations at a commodities firm. Kevin advises on P&I and FD&D losses on behalf of Members from time of loss through resolution. He also chairs the Marine Insurance and General Average: Marine Insurance Newsletter Subcommittee for the Maritime Law Association of the United States and serves a director on the board for the Maritime College Alumni Association.
