Emily joined the Club in 2011 as a Claims Administrator, having previously graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. She obtained the IG P&I Qualification in 2017. Emily is now a Claims Handler as part of the European Claims Team, handling a variety of claims. In addition, Emily is involved in a Fixed P&I Binder account and responsible for both Owner and Charter Members from across Europe and works closely with Members from Germany, The Netherlands and Denmark.
