Diana became a member of what is now the European Claims Team in 2007 after having worked for the Club for some time as a secretary. She is particularly adept at dealing with passenger and crew claims and with the problems posed by stowaways. In addition, Diana handles P&I cargo claims, with an especial knowledge and expertise of the problems associated with short-sea carriage. She is responsible for Members based in Portugal, Morocco, the UK and Lithuania and works closely with Members from Belgium, Germany and the Scandinavian countries. Since 2013, Diana has been a delegate representing the Club at the North Sea Operators’ Claims Conference.
