Quentin joined the Club’s Claims Dept in London in 1993 after graduating with a BA in Modern Chinese Studies from the University of Leeds and an MPhil in Management Studies from the University of Oxford. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and has been working in the Club’s Hong Kong office since 1994. Quentin is a Director of the Hong Kong office with responsibility for claims services provided to members in China and Vietnam.
