Cecilia joined the Club’s Hong Kong office in 2001 after working with one of Hong Kong’s leading ship-owning companies for several years. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of London and handles both P&I and FD&D cases for members in the PRC, Hong Kong and Singapore.
