Gagan is Master Mariner and was in command of Oil Tankers before moving into the P&I marine insurance industry in 2010. He also has a first-class English Law degree and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Shipping from Copenhagen Business School. Gagan was based in the UK until relocating to take charge of West’s Dubai office in 2024. He is responsible for West’s growing Membership based out of the Middle East and Indian subcontinent.
