Vinay holds 14 years of experience in ship management focusing on marine operations, safety, and risk management of tankers and offshore support vessels. He has worked with prominent ship owners and technical managers in major shipping hubs and has successfully led marine operations and HSEQ team.

Vinay is a highly experienced ISM Lead Auditor with expertise in implementing ISM, TMSA and OVMSA. Before transitioning to shore-based role, he spent 7 years at sea as Deck Officer on oil tankers and container vessels. Vinay joined the Club in December 2023.
