Aliki joined West P&I in 2000 and was promoted to Senior Claims Manager in 2024. She exclusively handles People Claims which includes illnesses, injuries, stowaways, crew contractual disputes and MLC incidents. Aliki holds an Associate of Arts Degree from Santa Monica College.
